Mark And Stephen’s Himalayan Adventure #MASHA
MARK RANDALL is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with 26 years military service. An avid long distance hiker with a dozen Caminos de Santiago and
two Via Francigenas under his belt. After years of solo journeys, Mark has teamed up with STEPHEN HERMIDA, one of Gibraltar’s top award winning
photographers. Stephen, a former banker, specialises in travel photography and unique cultures of peoples in far flung corners of the Earth.
Together, they’ll be embarking a challenging trek in the Himalayas to raise funds for charities in Nepal and Gibraltar.
They shall be trekking for 25 days across seven notable points, all over 5000 meters: Renjo La, Chola, Kongmala, Gokyo Ri, Kalapathar, Everest base
camp, and Chukung Ri in one go. Truly a comprehensive expedition through the Everest region, an ambitious crossing of the high altitude
passes and smaller peaks.
