So you’ve bought this lovely item, but it’s not right for you. No worries, you have two options you can follow to get it back to us as soon as you can.
Before you do though, email us at email@example.com to let us know! We won't accept any returns without prior email notification.
Option 1 - Via Delivery (parcel post)
1. If you wish to return an item via parcel post (own cost), then you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the products are coming back to us.
2. In the email, please state the products you wish to return
3. State your name and Order ID number on the email
4. A return email will be sent to you to confirm arrangement and organise a final cancellation date
Option 2 - Return to Store
If you wish to exchange the product you purchased for another item that is available in-store, our staff will happily change them for you.
If, however, you wish to exchange the product you purchased for another item that is NOT available in-store, but one you have seen online, you may be asked to return for the new item in 24 hours.
We strongly suggest that you contact us in advance to avoid this happening.
Terms & Conditions
1. Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase date
2. If returning via delivery, email needs to be sent to us within 7 days of receiving the goods
2. Marblearc.com is not responsible for returns costs
3. Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted
4. You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges.
5. We will refund the purchase price to you within 7 days of the cancellation notice* (This applies exclusively to online purchases only).
6. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
7. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all the garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
8. For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on grooming products, pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear.
Returning items purchased as part of a special offer
Where you have purchased a number of items as part of a special multi-buy discount offer (e.g. buy two items for £40 or buy one item and get another item free) and you subsequently wish to return one of the special offer items, if one or more of the special offer items has already been dispatched we will ask you to return to us all items forming part of this special offer in order to receive a refund.
Faulty Goods / Mistaken Delivery
If the goods supplied are faulty or we have sent you the wrong goods, both unlikely events, please follow the returns procedure as described above.
