Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS 
So you’ve bought this lovely item, but it’s not right for you. No worries, follow the
procedure below and get it back to us as soon as you can.

You must return the goods within 7 days of receiving them.
You will be required to do so with a copy of the order & your ID.
We will only accept returned goods that
a. Have been bought from our shop (yes, we do get customers who try and exchange goods bought elsewhere! )

b. Are in a saleable condition- that means unused, new and with all their tags still
attached. Shoes should be returned with their box and with their soles unmarked
We will refund the purchase price to you, subject to receiving the return in a satisfactory condition.
RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED AS PART OF A SPECIAL OFFER
Where you have purchased a number of items as part of a special multi-buy
discount offer (e.g. buy two items for £40 or buy one item and get another item
free) and you subsequently wish to return one of the special offer items, if one or
more of the special offer items has already been dispatched we will ask you to
return to us all items forming part of this special offer in order to receive a refund.
FAULTY GOODS/ MISTAKEN DELIVERY
If the goods supplied are faulty or we have sent you the wrong goods, both
unlikely events, please follow the returns procedure as described below.
Email us at info@marblearc.com and detail the following:-
1. ORDER NUMBER (at the top left of your order confirmation)
2. ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN (please refer to your order for product codes) 
3. REASON FOR RETURN

If you wish to change it for another item, then please state
ITEM REQUIRED: (product code, size, colour)

If the exchange is as a result of a mistake we made, then we will arrange the
collection, if you require.
  

Terms & Conditions 

1. Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase date 

2. Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted

3. You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges.

4. We will refund the purchase price to you within 7 days of the cancellation notice* (This applies exclusively to online purchases only).

5. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

6. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all the garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

7. For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on grooming products, pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear.
