Payments
On placing an order, you should receive an email from our website confirming receipt of the order.
If you are paying for your order, then our website will direct you to the secure Worldpay Payment Gateway to enter your payment details and complete your order. You will then receive a further email notification from them advising whether your payment has been successful.
NOTE: Worldpay handle all credit card payments on our behalf. Marble Arc does NOT hold any of your credit card details.
Whilst we take every precaution to ensure our stock levels are up to date, there may be the occasional time when you make a purchase and the stock is unavailable. If this happens, we’ll do our utmost to keep you informed, and, if appropriate, refund you any payments made.
