It is very important to all of us at Marble Arc that you are delighted with our products and our service!
If, for any reason, you wish to return the product purchased, please follow the procedure below for maximum satisfaction:
1. Any products returned must be in their original, saleable condition with all the product tags attached.
2. Any returns must be accompanied with a receipt of the relevant purchase, or with an online order number.
3. During the sale, we will only accept returns of discounted products if they are made within 3 days of the purchase date.
4. Goods returned may be exchanged for other items, or a return voucher*, but not a refund (unless purchased online).
5. The value of the credit will be the current price of the item, which may differ from the one you paid.
6. For reasons of health & hygiene, we cannot accept returns on items of piercing jewellery and intimate wear. Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed.
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights
