Returns & Exchanges during Lockdown
Government regulations allow exchanges of Christmas presents, and any subsequent purchases, up to 14th February.
Good news is we’re now able to process exchanges.
If you haven’t been able to do so yet, please follow the procedure below:
1. Call us on 5600 4500 between 10am- 12.00pm
2. We’ll arrange a time with you for you to come round to make the exchange.
In accordance with local restrictions of movement due to Covid, we ask all our customers NOT to visit our shop to exchange goods., we cannot deal with anyone without a prior arrangement, so please do NOT turn up at the shop, as we won’t be able to see to you!
